If you are only half ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ ++ Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering...Hebrews 10:23 Two boys were walking home from church one day. They began talking about the Sunday school lesson they had heard earlier in the morning. "That would really be something," one of the boys said, "to be out in the wilderness for forty days and nights." "Yeah," said the other boy, "and not eat. Jesus must have been real strong." "It would have been kind of scary, too," said the first boy, "to have the devil show up and tempt you." The second little boy didn't respond so the first boy asked, "Do you believe that stuff about the devil? Do you think there really is a devil?" The second little boy looked at his friend and said, "Naah, he's probably just like Santa Claus--it's really just your dad." Not only do children copy the mannerisms of their parents, they are quick to zero in on their parents' traits, beliefs, and values. Would your child call you a Christian today? Does your child know what you believe, and why? Does your child know how important your faith is to you? The most important person to whom you can witness about your faith is your own child. -=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=-.-=*=- There are two kinds of love--human love

To God be the Glory this new year!! I hope this finds you well!! I impart His Blessings upon you and even as you read this...you are being blessed! God is soo good, isn't He? Can we get personal? Do you praise Him through the day? I mean...you don't necessarily have to do it loudly....<unless you are a housefrau like me, and have that privilege..tee hee>. Man, what a blessing it must have been for David to filter those Psalms! I know that some were grievous....but just to have to opportunity to pour out to God!! I do believe the chains fall, <clunk>....when even in fiery trials, and hard times....God's children are praising Him with their lips...and hanging on to Him with their heart. Phil 4:4 I am sure you have your way of doing it....Far be it from me to teach Praise 101! God made you an individual...and your fingerprints look nothing like mine! But, whatever way you do it....I encourage you....Don't let the "Well of Praise" run dry! Praise Him! Rejoice in Him! Some days we feel His Presence well up soo strong..and we are praising Him all day long....then when the adversity hits...the blinders come on, and we go "woe is me!" And I think the secret is....THOSE are the day to really praise Him...to really worship Him....Ok Lord...you know, this really looks bad....but, I CHOOSE to trust You in this....Your Word says that I walk by faith, and not by sight. <2Cor 5:7> This is the day that You have made...I will REJOICE and be glad in it. God Bless You All, Brethren....<Anybody seen my tambourine?> Love you!! In Christ!!
